Terms of service

Effective date: November 6, 2026.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you (the clinic or business purchasing) and ClinicReveal (“ClinicReveal”, “we”), an independently operated consultancy based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Contact: support@clinicreveal.com.

2. The service

The Clinic Self-Check is an automated online business self-assessment for one clinic. It produces a report based on the answers you give, generated automatically after you complete the assessment, normally within minutes; we don’t guarantee an exact delivery time. The optional Clinic Deep Dive is an automated extension that adds further questions and findings to the same report. Neither is reviewed by hand. We may change, pause or improve the service from time to time, and it may occasionally be unavailable.

3. Who can buy

The service is for businesses, not for personal, family or household use. You confirm you are authorized to buy on behalf of the clinic and are at least 18 years old.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and before applicable taxes: the Clinic Self-Check costs $149 USD, the Clinic Deep Dive $79 USD, or $171 USD for both together. Where tax applies, it is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax from your billing address and shown, with the total, before you pay; it also appears on your receipt. Tax is collected only where ClinicReveal is registered to collect it. Canadian customers are charged in USD, and their bank or card issuer may add a currency conversion fee. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access is given only once Stripe confirms payment.

5. Access to your report

You can reopen your Self-Check and report for 180 days after purchase, using this browser or a one-time link sent to the email used at checkout. After that, or if you delete it, the report can’t be recovered from the website, so please download the PDF. See the privacy policy for how we handle your information.

6. Refunds

The Self-Check and Deep Dive are digital services. Purchases are generally final once access has been provided; refunds or other remedies remain available where required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived. See the refund policy.

7. Your responsibilities

• Answer honestly about your clinic’s processes. The report reflects what you tell us.
• Don’t enter patient names, health details or other patient-identifying information.
• Before changing a process, check the rules that apply to you, including professional and advertising rules, privacy law, and consent rules for calls, texts and emails (for example CASL in Canada and TCPA/CAN-SPAM in the US).
• Keep your access link and sign-in private. Anyone who has them can open your report.

8. Advisory & Implementation

Advisory & Implementation is personally delivered business advisory work, priced by enquiry and provided only under a written proposal that you and ClinicReveal both agree (a “Proposal”). Submitting an enquiry doesn’t create an engagement or any obligation to buy. The Proposal sets out the scope, fees, timing, and cancellation and refund terms, and if it conflicts with these terms, the Proposal applies to that engagement. Unless the Proposal says otherwise:

• We will do the work with reasonable skill and care, and we don’t promise bookings, revenue or any other result.
• You give us the access, information and decisions we reasonably need on time, and you confirm you have the authority and consents needed for the work, including to let us test how your clinic handles inquiries.
• We test your clinic’s inquiry handling only with your written agreement. We don’t record calls, we don’t ask for or handle patient information, and we cancel any test that reaches a real booking.
• We keep your clinic’s information confidential and use it only to provide the services. This doesn’t cover information that is public, that you tell us we may share, or that we are required by law to disclose.
• You decide which changes to make, and you are responsible for carrying them out and for following the rules that apply to your clinic.
• We act as an independent consultant, not as your employee, agent, or medical, legal, regulatory, financial or tax adviser.

9. No professional advice, no guarantees

ClinicReveal provides general business guidance about operations and the patient experience. It is not medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, financial or tax advice. We don’t promise any number of bookings, patients, revenue or other results. See the disclaimer.

10. Intellectual property

Your report is for your clinic’s internal use; you may share it with your team and advisors. The questions, scoring method, recommendation library and website remain ClinicReveal’s property, and you may not copy or resell them.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can’t be limited or excluded by law, including for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:

• the Self-Check, Deep Dive and reports are provided “as is”, are based on the answers you give, and we don’t promise they are error-free or suitable for a particular purpose;
• ClinicReveal isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost revenue, profit, bookings, patients, goodwill or data, or for any decision you make or don’t make because of a report or any advice; and
• ClinicReveal’s total liability for all claims relating to the Self-Check and Deep Dive is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to. For Advisory & Implementation, liability is limited as set out in the Proposal or, if it says nothing, to the fees you paid for that engagement in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places don’t allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or the services, are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of British Columbia, sitting in Vancouver, have jurisdiction over any such dispute, except that you may bring a claim in your local courts where mandatory law gives you that right. Before starting a claim, please email support@clinicreveal.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

13. Changes and general

We may update these terms; the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest stays in effect. These terms and any Proposal are the whole agreement between you and ClinicReveal for the services.
